Problem Space
Starting a new company is already difficult as it is and new business owners could benefit from having a way to easily find investors.
Investors might want a more convenient way to support community businesses.
A number of new investors have no idea how to get started and the websites that currently exist are confusing and difficult to navigate.
The Solution
Accrue, an app that makes it convenient for investors to find small businesses and vice versa. Using Accrue, investors are provided the opportunity to give back to the communities they know and love.
User Personas

Her busy day to life makes it difficult for her to support her community the way she wants to.
She lacks familiarity with the process of investing.

An easy way to invest that she can do on the go.

To open another location of her pottery business.
FRUSTRATIONS
She doesn't have enough money to open a second location.
She has had issues with investors in the past.
Keeping track of who her investors were was difficult due to utilizing multiple investment websites.
NEEDS
To find an investor that genuinely believes in her company and is open to offering advice.
